Everyone is a noob when they first start, I just started with 3d studio max, moved over from Cinema 4d, and I absolutly love abstract, im a Photoshop veteran, and to this day i still create sick abstract.....IM AN ABSTRACT WHORE!!! AND PROUD OF IT ! lol

Meh.. it's a great tutorial.. but when I render, it doesn't render at all.. so I'm kind of stuck.

I really like that one. The material settings are excellent, I saved it as a template and used for my DeviantID.

Very nice tutorial, easy, quick, and the effect is Great...i donno why these guys are complaining about MAX crashing, they must have Sucky PC's :-D..it didnt do nothin on mine but render this bad ass image...anyways good job make some more tutorials.

Hey! Thanks! Ive been looking all over the net for a good tutorial about making crystals for my trendwhore work! 3D Studio Max is not easy! I'll check it out and let you know what I think! In the mean time, feel free to check out my gallery. It's not very big...yet!
