Almost (kind of laughs) caught up with more recent works, so I'll quit marking posts as older from here on out.I had decided to try my hand at a KH3 Kairi redesign. Because if she's going to be a keyblade wielder I figure she might get some new clothes, and maybe ones she could fight a bit better in.
I tried to keep elements from her KH2 design going, but I really wanted to pull some aspects from her BBS design and KH design and put them together. I like the idea of an overall influence better than no influence at all.
I wanted the skirt to flow (her name means sea or distance over water) and to have a flowery shape that functioned as a battle skirt??? It worked out alright haha
Her color scheme is a bit weird and the placement isn't great. I'd love to work on it a little more pff
Anyways I have this thing where I'm always trying to redesign and mess with concept art whoops

Love the addition of blue to the outfit, it really does a lot to make it more visually appealing. I loved the colors of her kh1 design and you brought them back here while making the kh2 design more practical with that great skirt

There are no words to adequately describe how much I LOVE this outfit. It combines all the best aspects from both her previous outfits into something entirely new, and it suits her so perfectly. Especially the hood and skirt.
