Well, its Yaoi, so its a fan pairing. xDD
In the Fire Emblem games, Marth is the prince of Altea and marries Shiida, prinsess of Talys.
Ike is the leader of the Greil Mercenaries and is from Crimea. Who he marries, I dunno, though he has a decendent named Priam.

There is no way actually for those two to meet eachother, since they come from different timeperiods/Universes.

This is more a SSB drawing, and I see it as a complete different universe. So yeah.

The FE games are really amazing. There are a few western releases, but the most well known now is Fire Emblem: Awakening for the 3ds. ^^
