Description
Another Biometal based on one of the oldest characters from Megaman. I gave him normal braclets like the ones Vent wears since Elecman doesn't have gaulets. For attack frames, I wanted to capture how Elecman uses his elec beam along with a pose he does in one of his offical artworks where he has in index finger point upward. I used 's extension of Vent's sprites and credit goes to him.

UPDATE- FIXED IT TO ITS ORIGINAL PNG FORM.
