Good Grief, this has been sitting on my desktop forever.First I couldn't get the hands right and it looked like a horendously disfigured Emolga :c
Then I just got lazy, especially when it came to shading it - and unfortunatly it shows. Meh, I'm just glad to finally call it done and move on to a more fun project with a bunch of Numels :3
For this one I also tacked on a landscapey background I made a little while back, the one that was partially used in the Shaymin's balloon picture
