A walking biohazard, The Leper has the ability to amplify existing pathogens within the bodies of his victims, accelerating them to the terminal state of a disease in minutes. I’m not sure if he has a sword or not. I was pretty sure he had a sword, but I may be conflating him with the one from Darkest Dungeon.
