The great Katazian Emperor Coner Bracard. He is the strongest of all the Bracard cubs. He is a steadfast and firm leader. He is considered brutal in affairs of war. He is very defensive of his family and lands. He is not afraid of a challenge and often leads his armies to battle. He is held in great respect by his family. He is a dominating and assertive husband. Though partial to his son he still leaves most general parenting to his 1st mate La-Nif-Lee. Only two of his four cubs survive; Marcus and Ruda.

Features: Coner's fur has a dark blue panda pattern. He has a pretty muscular body shape. Most half breed wings are not full size, but his are. The wings arms are dark blue. The membrane is white on both sides. His white hair is short and neat around his head. He has big round bear ears and aqua eyes. Only showing male feature is two long canine fangs.
Coner favors jade and dark green outfits. Clothing is usually an open sleeve top and baggy pants.
Coner has two gold loops in his left ear. Three double sided studs are on the upper portion. The lower portion has a gold cuff. The right ear has three double sided studs on the bottom and two golden loops on the upper portion. Coner's tail is pierced near the end with a golden loop. He also has wing hand loops. Coner will sometimes wear wing chains. Wing chains are connected to the wing arms by three bands. One near the shoulder, one around the wing hand and one mid way down the lower outer wing finger. Each band is strung together in a "w" pattern by a chain. Coner wears the imperial crown featuring a green stone. Male crowns are indicated by a curve that goes around the ear pointing down.
