Description:
Rowan Dynast is a resident in Vale for three years until the day he received the power of Kabuto.
While a calm and semi-kind individual, Rowan will show an unyielding need to eliminate any enemy of mankind that appears before him. His resolve can also be dangerous as he doesn't consider death in battle as something to be feared and he will shrug off any injury he incurred.
He is currently under the supervision of Cadet Officer Arianrhod because of his unauthorized possession of the Kabuto Zecter and a past incident at Signal Academy got him blacklisted from the Huntsmen Community and profession.
On another note, he shares many talents to the original Kabuto, Tendou Souji, but lacks his cool in certain situations.
