I hope this isn't weird, considering the circumstances he's in, but i think this is really cute lol. I just like how you drew his face, his head, his fluffy fur, his slumped pose, his dragging tail, the glowing aura fritzle things (especially the ones on top of his head!), the cute little bit of drool and his dangling arms. Something about it is very charming!
I really like his dazed expression... he has the vibe of a shambling zombie, which is perfect! He looks just like he's going to stumble into bed and collapse pfft, poor guy
I love the color pencils, the super-soft-looking fur and hair is fantastic! I also like how you shaded his hair with the colors, it looks pretty lol. the different line weights also have a really nice effect!

(Also, just so you know, even though i was being funny about it, i really do not want people to keep categorizing them as sonic fancharacters, even ironically. I appreciate your playful intent though lol ;; )
