I like it! The punch have the "Right" amount of effects on it for a generous power.
If you were seeking for more "oomph" you could've had some nethervoid energy "tendrils" swirling around the arm to give it a longer effect, two or three tendrils would be enough.
And thanks to your dynamic lightning effects, I doubt any people will start looking on Malzahar's weird chest
