Something I have decided to work on for me and TheLethalVO 's Supernatural story, BloodHunger. And other than character bios, there's the Beast Book, for the cryptids planned in BloodHunger, and I'll be limiting to some cryptids, so no Mokele Mbembe, Kasai Rex or Burrunjor. Anyhow, to start it off, here's the Strigois. For their designs, I based the design off of the Until Dawn Wendigos, with some bat like features, so it's a completely different redesign, but I kept the color and red teeth.

Name: Strigoi
Height: 7-8 ft
Diet: Carnivore
Location: Romania, Europe
Habitat: Plains, Caves, Forests
Temperament: Aggressive

One of the more dangerous species of Vampires, the Strigois are a bipedal humanoid bat like creature, that may look frail and lanky, but are actually quite powerful. Armed to the teeth, they can overpower prey that are much heavier than they are, and are extremely fast thank to the lightweight bones and light weight. While they look humanoid, they have some remnant from their bat like ancestors like the winglets on their elbows, though they have given up flight, they become powerful jumpers. Their teeth are blood red due to an iron enamel covering, like a beaver, so that they can be driven into tough skin without getting broken. Though the Strigois are powerful predators, they have one hated rival... the Werewolves...
