Description
Based off the poem:
“My door was open
I should have been the guard dog
I should’ve had the teeth”

I don’t know why a spider woman came to mind. It just did.
I’ve felt like for a long time those I was supposed to trust and protect me, did me the most damage, unfortunately. It reminds me that women are now in a generation where we must protect ourselves and our peace because time and time again, this world has proven to be an unsafe space for us.
