Note: NOT A SONIC FAN CHARACTER. He is from a game which has Naoto Oshima as the lead character designer, so I'd understand the confusion though.

I don't actually know much of anything about him, other than he's one of the costume characters from Balan Wonderworld, and I really like his design and wanted to draw him. He and the mummy guy are both pretty cool looking. Oh, and that pink cat girl thing.

The vibe I'm currently getting is that this guy is kinda gonna be that game's Tails.
