My idea of a clockwork and heatblast fusion. I think this form's powers would somewhat resemble the Time Beasts, with his time blasts rapid-aging whatever he attacked or touched (effectively 'burning up' their remaining time). As a consequence for the increased offensive power he would probably have a difficult time maintaining any kind of precise control over his abilities.
