As for the top one, is the figure on the throne meant to be imposing and a threat to the alicorns or not? At the moment it looks like they're... hmm, it's hard to describe, but if the figure on the throne (Chrysalis?) is meant to be a threat, it might be a good idea to elevate it and have the ponies around the base of the steps. Almost nothing says power like looking down on someone.
