Great job on the shading of the wrinkles of the Kimono, like said above. Just as an overall look and feel I get that she is more of a nurse nancy than from the orient, I think that comes from the facial features. I would try moving the eyes inward to get a more realistic look to it, and maybe throw some shadows and grain to the wood things she is walking on

The detail on the kimono and the rest of her body look great, but her facial features seem way too big proportionally to the rest of her body.
