Description
Well, a another very basic tutorial on how to get hex color codes. Hexcolor codes are hexadecimal color code starting with "#" sign which defines the colors in your CSS aka Cascading Style Sheet. The above video tutorial shows 3 ways on how to get color codes: first with Color Picker dialog box in Photoshop, second you can also choose color from any website or image in a website and thirdly with ColorZilla , a firefox addon.
Read more about hexadecimal colors on w3schools.com .
It's my very few of first attempt at Video tutorial, so video quality might not be that good as i also wanted to compress the file size, but i will get better with practice, i promise. And no, no sound atm.

Nice
Did you know that you can right click on the ColorZilla icon and choose "Copy #xxxxxx" and it copies for you? That's what I use.
CZ is a lifesaver for me - when I'm on my boyfriend's computer coding sites I often find myself looking for it but it's not there - it frustrates me greatly!

Thank You.
Ah i didn't knew that, see i learnt something new.
Well, actually i use autocopy (you can find it under option when you right click) that way when you click the cursor on color, the colorcode gets automatically copied.
It indeed is a nifty lil addon.

I used to use ColorZilla a while ago as well, but somehow got bored by it. And Photoshop is open most of the time when designing anyway
Nice tut!

Yeah, i use both, Photoshop is indeed open all the time when you design. Colorzilla has some added advantages, like saving color to favorites etc. plus it's quicker, just one click.
Thanks dear.
