if you can't tell, im planning on updating all of my characters' refs! this is mainly to prep for artfight in july, but also to get some much needed updates and a fresh detailed ref

star didn't change much from her previous ref! the only thing I changed up was giving her a short tails, a common trait among northern akarah. she's a hybrid though, so it's good to note that her head and chest are generally the only fluffy parts about her! the rest of her body is relatively short furred, to keep her from just straight up dying in the rainforest lol

the main trio are drawn to reflect their ages at the start of the story, so that's why the anatomy is a little chibi-esque. this'll go for all three of the main guys, but feel free to draw them as young adults if you do! i personally usually do unless it's for story purposes lol
