Description Sakura glared at Naruto playfully, “You want me to get dressed for a date but you’re not telling me who I’m going on a date with, where I’m going or what kind of atmosphere it is?” She asked curiously and he rolled his eyes.

“Okay, Sakura-chan. I’ll give you a hint: wear your regular clothes. Grandmas Tsunade set this date up so I doubt it’ll go bad.” She stared at him, “What?”

“Naruto. Where do you want me to start? The first date you both set me up on was with Ino, she wouldn’t shut up about Shikamaru and it ended up just the two of us having a friendly dinner at the Ramen bar. The next day you set me up with your fiancée… Hinata the woman who admires you.” She explained, “Tsunade set me up with Shizune the next week and we ended up becoming better friends than we already were.”

“Well she’s your new Ino.”

Sakura smiled, “Yeah, exactly, she’s my best friend, not my lover. Now. Two days later you both set me up with, get this, Anko. We’re great friends… granted she can eat as many dangos as you can eat Ramen, being her friend really breaks my bank when we eat out.” She lamented, “And then you included Kakashi in setting me up.” Naruto opened his mouth to speak but she held her finger up, not letting him interrupt, “The three of you set me up with Kurenai. That was just awkward, especially since she’s grieving for Asuma and emotional from her hormone’s being off balance. The very next day, Tsunade set me up with Tenten…” She gave Naruto a blank look, “… she who loves Neji.”

Naruto grinned, “We’ll find someone for you, Sakura-chan!”

Sakura rolled her eyes, “Then there was Temari, again, we’re really good friends now… Kankuro… like a brother, Choji, sweet guy, not my type. Gaara, he’s just scary, really cute but really, really scary! You remember what I did to you after that…” Naruto nodded, rubbing the back of his head in remembrance, she had punched him through 4 walls of the Hokage’s tower in one move, “Oh oh! And then you had the nerve to set me up with Lee.”

“Actually that was Kakashi, Gai and Grandma Tsunade!” Naruto exclaimed loudly, upholding his honor to the best of his ability.

Sakura rolled her eyes, “You even set me up with Ayame… nice girl but really, Naruto, why don’t you guys just let me find someone on my own?”

Naruto grinned, “Because Grandma Tsunade said she wants grandchildren from you and I.” Sakura fell over, her eye twitching.

“Who are you… setting me with this time?” She groaned, “Kiba? Shino?”

Naruto grinned, “Nope! You’ll see, don’t worry! Now.” He checked her clock, “You have 10 minutes to get dressed and get down to Ichiraku’s.” He leapt out of the window and Sakura groaned again, she jumped up and her normal clothes.

Ichiraku Ramen Bar

Sakura snuck over to the bar, glancing at the clothes that she could see under the curtain, she only saw skin and ninja sandles, “Hn…” She tried to run through a list of Kunoichi who wore short clothing before stepping through.

“Sakura! My new favorite and near as loyal customer!” Teuchi exclaimed, “Same as usual?”

She nodded and the dark-haired kunoichi turned her head, smiling, which raised the markings on her cheeks, “Sakura.”

Sakura smiled politely, Tsunade… I’m going to kill you. “Hello… erhm… you’re Hana, right?” She asked, having heard Kiba muttering about his older sister, the medical ninja sat down next to her on the stool.

Hana grinned at her, reminding her very much of Kiba’s, “Yep. I take it Naruto didn’t tell you who your date was?”

Sakura shook her head, “No… he, Tsunade and Kakashi have been setting me up with ninja from both Leaf and Sand and they never tell me who.” She fiddled with her water and Hana gripped her hand lightly.

“Don’t be nervous. I won’t bite…” She paused, grinning again, “Yet…” Sakura turned bright red and turned her head to the side, “Hey. You’re really cute when you blush. You don’t need to turn your head away.” Sakura blushed again and Teuchi handed them both their bowls of steaming hot ramen.

After Dinner

The two leaf ninja walked through the path, “So do you enjoy being the Hokage’s apprentice?” Hana asked and Sakura nodded, smiling.

“Yeah, I’m a much stronger ninja than I was when I first started training with her. Hey… where are your dogs? You guys always have your dogs with you.”

Hana smiled, “Kiba’s taking care of them tonight, they haven’t played with Akamaru in a while…” She trailed off when her date stopped in mid-step, staring up at the trees, Hana sniffed the air and frowned, someone was watching them, “Who-” Balls of fire shot towards both of them and the Inuzuka yanked Sakura out of the way.

Sakura blinked and it was her turn to pull Hana to safety, they crouched behind a large, fallen tree, “Who the hell is attacking us?!” Hana snarled, sniffing the air again.

“Sasuke…” Sakura whispered and both kunoichi felt a high level chakra increase, “Oh no…”

“Summoning Jutsu!” A deep voice shouted and a purple tail smashed into the fallen tree, breaking it into splinters.

Sakura gripped Hana’s hand, placing it on her hip, “Keep a tight grip on that loop and get ready to crouch when I do.” Hana nodded and the Hokage’s apprentice pulled her right clove off, biting her thumb, she quickly broke the skin and ran through a series of hand signs, “Summoning Jutsu!” She crouched, slamming her palm into the ground.

Hana looked down when the smoke cleared and stared at the slug she was standing on, her jaw slackened, “Isn’t this Hokage-sama’s special summon.”

“Hana. This is Katsuyu. Katsuyu, this is Hana.”

“I am honored to meet you, Hana-san.” The slug stated and Sakura stood slowly, staring at Manda and Sasuke.

Sasuke smirked at Sakura and Hana glowered, “You can do a summon to my ability. I’d say I’m impressed, but it is expected.” Sasuke sneered, “Even for you. Naruto could summon a giant toad as a Genin-”

Sakura rolled her eyes, “And you said I was annoying? You came here to fight, so fight, I was on a very enjoyable date.”

Hana grinned triumphantly when Sasuke’s face fell, his eyes hardened, “You’re hungry, aren’t you, Manda? How about bitch and slug? I’ll take Sakura.”

"You still owe me 100 virginal sacrifices, boy.”

“Sasuke… you’re not going to be able to touch Hana.” She snapped and glanced down at Katsuyu, “Katsuyu, can you do me a favor?”

“Of course, Sakura-sama.”

“Protect Hana?”

“As you wish, Sakura-sama.”

With that Sakura leapt off of the giant slug just as Sasuke sprinted across Manda’s head and leapt through the air towards her, his sword drawn.

The Inuzuka and Katsuyu watched, both concerned for the pink haired kunoichi’s well’s being. Hana flinched when Sasuke’s lightening emitting sword ran through Sakura’s stomach and Sakura’s fist connected with Sasuke’s chest. They both hit the ground, their leg’s shaking from the impact, the two giant summons watched intently as their master’s remained unmoving. Sasuke’s brows furrowed and he looked Sakura dead in the eye, smirking.

“You’re not so weak anymore…” He rasped, blood spilling from his mouth.

“You’re still an asshole…” Sakura mumbled as he let go of his sword, both of their leg’s gave in and their body’s collapsed with thuds.

“Sakura!” Hana shouted and started to try and get off of Katsuyu but found her feet sticking.

“It’s my duty to keep you safe.” Katsuyu stated and Hana placed her thumb and index finger to her lips, exhaling.

Sakura titled her head to the side, looking at Sasuke who was gripping his chest in pain, “I’m not… going to heal… you.” Sakura choked out and he nodded, acceptingly.

“I’ve killed Itachi, I came back to Konoha with a wish of death.” Sakura grinned at him.

“Kinda morbid, duck butt.”

He forced a grin, “If you live, keep the sword… and this.” He grunted and pulled a scroll the inside of his open gi shirt, rolling it across the leaf covered ground to the medical ninja, his eyes fluttering closing.

Manda and Katsuyu stared each other off and Manda hissed in irritation, “That had to have been the fastest battle I’ve ever witnessed… I’m not going to get my sacrifices. The boy is dead.” He disappeared in a puff of smoke and Hana, who was attempting to pull her feet from Katsuyu, went tumbling forward as the adhesive like fluid on Katsuyu’s skin disappeared.

Hana grunted as she hit the ground, face first and heard the familiar sound of Raijin, Jujin, Sujin, Akamaru, and Kagutsuchi barking their way towards her location, presumably with Kiba and her mother. The veterinarian grunted and pushed herself up, making her way over to the now unconscious kunoichi. 5 canine’s came to skidding halts, growling up at the large Slug Queen, Tsume and Kiba came crashing through the woods behind the dogs with the Hokage, Naruto and a few other Jonin. Tsunade and Naruto rushed over to Sakura’s side and the Hokage bit her bottom lip, gripping the hilt of the Kusanagi, she yanked.

Hana grimaced as Shizune inspected her face, her mother and brother hovering over her, worry etched in their features, just as the Inuzuka canines were. Shizune placed her hand over Hana’s nose and warmth spread over her face, healing her broken nose.

Naruto gripped Sakura’s hand, watching Tsunade place her hands over his best friend’s stomach, healing it slowly, he glanced over at the scroll clutched in her free hand. The vessel of the Kyuubi took it and opened it, his brows furrowing as he read it.

“This is the will to the Uchiha district.”

“Mistress, I must take my leave…” Katsuyu stated, and her conscious master nodded, still tending to her unconscious summoner.

Konoha Hospital

Sakura looked up as Hana walked in, Raijin, Fujin and Sujin at her heels, “Hey.” Sakura grinned and the vet grinned back, the three large dogs jumped onto Sakura’s medical bed, finding spots to rest.

“How’re you doing?” Hana inquired, taking a seat next to Sakura’s bed.

“Sore but alive.”

Hana smiled, “Good…”

Sakura rubbed Fujin’s muzzle, “That was some date, huh?” Hana nodded and the Hokage’s apprentice turned her head to look at her, “How about another?” She asked with a hopeful look in her eyes and Hana looked at her dogs.

“I don’t know if Rai, Fu and Su can take being away from me for so long.” She lamented, a playful smile tugging at her lips.

Sakura glanced at the three dogs, starting to grin, “I don’t see why they can’t come too…” The two kunoichi grinned at each other.

Raijin (Japanese Thunder God), Fujin(Japanese Wind God) and Sujin (A Japanese deity of the Water) are just what Star_Fox and I picked out for the triplet dogs of the Inuzuka Clan. Kagutsuchi is the Japanese God of Fire since I couldn’t remember if they named Tsume’s dog, I figured it fit.
