There he is! Oliver's not-dad. And all you need to know about him as a start.
This guy is top goth. Lives (partially) in a huge mansion in a forest that absolutely looks like it's victorian.
In fact, a lot of drawings I've done with Oliver and him make it seem like it takes part in some past year, but it's actually modern!
...As you can see by the fact that he uses €.

Design-wise, i based him off of the Professor Layton art style a little (which is generally a huge inspiration for me) and Kaito Momota from Danganronpa v3,
if he had Shuichi's eyeliner. The objective was "make him a businessman, but also painfully obvious that he's in a cult".
