Description While living in florida you know I just HAD to cosplay in disney World! And they dont say anything as long as your not cosplaying Disney charaters. Or Kingdom Hearts xD

Because I think its because Kairi's outfit doesn't stand out as much as say Sora or Riku, especially Sora's. Heck, if I was to try and walk in as Aerith from KH2, I would be surprised if I was asked to not wear it.
