But it is normal, and quite common, that people will not notice things or just forget the fact or what they just saw.
In other words: when the twins first appeared to capture Wasp-I mean Bumble-B-I MEAN BUMBLEBEE, they totally looked like they were the same size as him! And in the fighting scenes between them, Optimus, and Ratchet, there are some points when they look smaller than they do - and when their fight ends, they stand near Sentinel, and they still looked small then (actually, they look like they're the same size as Jazz, meh...)! Get This! When Jetstorm puts the stasis cuffs on Bumblebee - he's like a few inches taller (that's still small, and at the end, JAZZ REPLACED HIM!!! XDXDXD)!
BONUS: The Twins must've had growth spurts on the way to the base!!! xD That's the only logical explaination I have for that episode!

First I thought they were as smal as Bumblebee. If you see only the twins (without somebody next to them) you think they are smaler.
But there CNA based on Decepticon CNA. So it seems to be logical, that the twins are a little bit bigger than most of the others. The Decepticons are all bigger than the Autobots.
