Possibly my only problem with the FUNimation dub.Instead of Pekopon or Pokopen, it's "Peekopon." How much do you want to bet that my fans are going to start trying to correct me? --;
But it could've been worse. It could've been Wussion. ...or worse. 4Kids could've gotten ahold of it. D: I don't even want to think about that...
Other than this and translation issues, they did a VERY good job.
I'm kinda referencing the Keroro Parody too. xD LOL.
I discovered today that Keroro is voiced by Hikaru's voice actor. X3 I was so excited. Now I have another reason to love them.

um its the same as the animax asia dub. in animax asia they say peekopon for earth and peekpons for pekoponians.

I think it's whatever you hear/see first. If you start with the manga you like Pokopen, but if you start with the anime you like Pekopon.
The only reason it had to be Pekopon in the anime is because Pokopen was a derogatory term used to describe China during a war, and it wasn't allowed to be aired on TV.

xD I watched some side-by-side thing with 4kids vs the original shows. I had no idea how bad they screwed stuff up. xD Like replacing Japanese food with giant sandwhiches and crackers. Those losers.
