Description
This be Flutter Woman, a neutral-aligned Robot Master who just can't be bothered to care about anything besides her own well-being. She's indifferent to almost everything and is cool with whatever.
Her wings each have an eye that she can fire buster-type bullets from, and they're sturdy enough to deflect virtually any attack. She also has her special ability, the Flutter Dash, for quick bursts of movement.
(this character was inspired by Rylibeu/Lilibeu, a character from Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power. I loved her so much that I made a butterfly/moth character in her honor)
