Well concieved drawing but if your going for the erotic look than the face is important to get that point across. Redrawing would certainly be a good idea because this could become a much better sketch with a little more time. The hair also could use a little more work to make the whole sketch look a little more professional.

You should redo this drawing. The 'ass' is proportioned just fine, do not change it. Though sadly it is the only thing well-drawn in this picture. The upper half needs reworking...
There is nothing erotic about the ass, it is all in her eyes.
Actually I think if you redraw the hair more skillfully it will make the whole picture look way better.. the face is bearable.
