Here's an classic Shing tf. I always enjoyed making wholesome tfs like these! :3

Shing comes across a Magikarp that managed to get far out of water in the midst of extremally cold weather. Recognizing that the Magikarp is in desperate need of help, and said help was rather far away, Shing decided to change the fish's🐟 form so he may handle the intense weather conditions no matter what it is~ (Except for Sandstorms at least :/)

As a bonus the new Weather Pokémon is much happier with his new cloudy body to float around with, rather than flopping around on the floor.
