This porcupine stood over a foot and half off the ground. could climb trees and our 15ft high porch no problem. In the dead of the winter night, I could here him trudging through the snowy meadow. He preferred it dead quiet, a solitary adventurer. Though some times, he would look inside our warm cabin, just to see the other side.
