Description
Things you do when you don't have money for real merch.Based on those activity notebooks for kids from various franchises. The main idea is that you have a cool notebook for whatever notes you need, but in the style of your favourite game/show. Plus there's some micro-lore inside with a character that disturbs your notes sometimes. I like to call those little characters "ghosts" or "sprites" of the notebook.
Made from whatever scraps I had at home and wanted to get rid of in a creative way. Project of the notebook was made by me, but the sprites, characters and shapes are inspired by the game. I guess you could replicate it if you want to? Dunno would be nice to see if people can crack how this thing was made, it's really simple. Make sure to show me if you do.

If whatever gods, cryptids, or higher beings blessed your recommendations/searches with this image, welcome! I do stuff. This is the stuff.
With this notebook, I challenged myself a little - I thought, if we're making the front and back cover look like a bug, then what's the closest thing we can get to chitin? I thought that plastic might be a good choice, since it's pretty hard and durable, but still soft enough for me to cut and pierce holes in it. Even though a quick Wikipedia search just now told me that structurally, chitin is more similar to cellulose, so paper would probably actually be closer to chityne than plastic? Idk if by chance any biol-chem nerds happen to stumble upon this, feel free to correct me. I'd genuinely love to see this discourse in the comments.
So instead of constructing the front cover out of white exoskeletons of bugs carefully mended together (as you do), I had to settle for less genocidal and less enviroment-disturbing means of making the cover, and this thing is actually made from an old spray bottle of some cleaning product. Yes, you can now bow to me and declare me a proper Master of Recycling, because I reused a plastic bottle. Hooray for ecology.
And with that outta the way, let's see what's inside this beautiful lil' thingy. Because believe me.
There is more.
