This guy is named Tyler, but He goes by the Hatler.. He's a pyro maniac who happens to have too much time on his hands when he snaps. The outfit, which happens to be a straight jacket was for when he was in the asylum now he just wears it because his arms are not needed, he doesn't have his hands anymore..

A hat was given to him one day little known that it wasn't just some creepy looking gift but a demonic hat. It told him that he could help control his urges and give him a power. it was the power to will fire.. with that he foolishly agreed.
His hands were taken that day by the hat along with his left eye; they are now possessed by the hat.

The hat gave him his third eye which is engraved on his forehead and the right hand that the Hat now has. They broke out of that place together and have been together ever since. The hat is the "spokesmen" for the two of them for Tyler refuses to speak only the time when he decided to mash the hat and his name together.
