Scamp is a smart, charming, mischievous, and somewhat arrogant toon rabbit. During his new life in the woods, he's often portrayed as a lazy moocher, often looking for ways to get by without lifting a finger. He's smart enough to trick and outwit his enemies, but off-screen he's more fragile and able to loose at times. He's also quite sentimental, as he frequently reminisces his life as a star and tries to find his way back to his old life.

Scamp was one one of the most popular toon comedic actors in Hollywood, almost as big as Bugs Bunny. On screen we played a wily rabbit who could easily outwit his opponents. But when his thunder was stolen by a funnier and more handsome actor named Jazz Jackrabbit, Scamp's material went out of style. He was then forced to move out of the city in into the forests of Snelwood National Wilderness. Scamp was having much difficulty adjusting to his new environment, but he made a few new friends like Al E. Gator and Oscar Otter, who helped him feel right at home. But there we also real enemies in Scamp's new neighborhood. Remembering his tricks from his films, he was able to use them to match wits with his predators.
