Description It's like he called me to the well, and begged for me to jump. He told me he would catch me and would stay with me forever. I was hesitent, for i had never dared to fall this far for anyone, or trust anyone. I finally agreed to be his, and leaped off the edge with my faith held in my hand. As I fell, my feelings grew stronger. I could see him, arms outstretched below me, calling my name, saying not to fear for he loved me and would not let me hit rock bottom. But when I finally was close to landing, he stepped to the side and I crashed into the ground. My faith shattered. My legs broken, I crawled around on the cold ground, trying to pick up the pieces, which were so shapr that i bled every with every shard I found. Once I finally got it back togehte,r although it was jagged, I turned and called for his hand to help me stand again. He looked and me sadly, somtimes with anger, and started slowly climbing up. With every hold he took, every foot stone he used, another shard of faith would fall and dissapear within the stones beneath me. When I tried to get answers, he would throw pity stones and heavy lies down, hitting me, and breaking more of my faith. whne he finally reached the top, he pulled out a piece of paper. He threw it down and it shattered my heart into pieces that now scattered among my shards of faith. It said only one word, which I read over and over again, while leaning against the circlular walls, cold, lonely, and thirsty for affection; waiting for my legs to heal. "Goodbye"
