His ears make him look very fey and mischievous, it's a nice effect. You don't really know what he's thinking/feeling as he looks down at Alberich.
whether its pity/sympathy, malevolence, understanding ect...
very well-done

He's a fucking elf. XDDD And someone should let him know his hair is on fire... XDDD
But in all seriousness, this is a beautiful and detailed piece of art. Love the colour scheme, and the detail on the serpent, and of course the shirtless Loki.

Great. I'm a Wagner fan. This scene shows up in "Das Reingold". Loki is more sexually attractive than he would be by Arthur Rackham (sp?).

Oh, I like this pic so much. The simplicity of the colors goes well with this piece. The serpent really is awsome. Norse mythology really is inspiring.

ONLY MY FAVORITE GOD EVER! I had such an obsession with norse mythology for a while and I looked up every Loki picture I could find. And I tell you, half of them made me sick. It is truly hard to find an awesome Loki picture, yet here one is... AND IT'S WONDERFUL! Wow. I love you.

I agree that the colour scheme is perfect here. I think is a really good picture, drawn in a very illustrative style, which I love the most. I like how you seem able to bring out evocative detail with what seems to be quite few strokes, and that's a skill that many aspire to. Your work reminds me a little of Amano, but his is a little more 'surreal' in a sense than yours. This is really beautiful - a bit different, and thus made my day .

Beautifully done. The warm pallet helps emphasise the composition. My only suggestion would have been to keep Loki's hands from being hidden.

Quite well done^^ I love the color scheme, emphasizing fire as well as a confrontation. The serpent looks awesome (I love the fierceness of the face)
