that little face is meant to be like one of the 'orbs' from devil may cry; it makes your devil trigger recover FULLY.
Just walk into it to activate it.

I noticed something: If you hit the bag from the other site, its health bar and name are reversed and have to be read backwards. Also, the suit form(i)'s health bar has a few frames where it moves. Just wondering if it's supposed to do that.
