The most troublesome members of the team because how aggressively playful they are and getting other people into their mess, both by force and by accident. Their main victims always the one who hates/doesn't know fun . To add more problems, the twins are speedy too so it's hard to catch up with them until they actually tired and forced to stop. Their power related to the light element and connected with each other, light trails.

They have a big brother who works as elite police(Bolt Flash). Pretty big name but both of them don't even like him because of his ego. They fanboying other elite police instead(actually hurts their brother's ego in the process).
