And it's finished~ I'm pretty happy with it, and I managed to keep it within 30 pages, which was my goal starting out~
The inclusion of Gankoomon is a reinterpretation of a concept I was doing in the scrapped tri. Zone prequel, where he, Hackmon and the Sistermon work for Homeostasis. This also ties into an idea I had for 02 inclusion in canon tri., where Gankoomon takes Davis' group under his wing to help out in the Meikuumon crisis in other ways. I don't think the later will factor much into the Zone adaption of tri., but it's part of a personal logic anyway. I plan to do more to tie more of tri.'s concepts into 02 as I go along, as well as more wacky Hackmon because that seems popular, lol.
The evil eyes appeared earlier in the story, and tie into an adaption for the Paildramon introduction arc...! As well as toying more with 02's talk of boundaries and other worlds, which naturally is a perfect fit for Zone.

Another great comic! Loved that part with the BOTS by the way.
BTW, my one friend thinks that Gankoomon is the closest Digimon equivalent to a Stand User from Jojo.
