The character models for the recent NetOps and Navis appearing in 's NT Warrior themed commissions.

Dr. Stellar is Geo Stellar's ancestor, and similar to Geo and his father, Dr. Stellar initially was studying space at AMAKEN Space Agency before an abrupt change pivoted him to SciLab's NetNavi and Cyber Security Division alongside Dr. Hikari and Dr. Lalinde. It wasn't a huge adjustment, as Stellar was inspired by his grandfather, Dr. Cain, an early pioneer of modern NetNavi technology and was the original code writer of the Sigma project prior to his death. Stellar is very boisterous, a bit of a braggart and filled to the brim with ambition for the future of Navi technology. He might be a little TOO ambitious and that can blind him occasionally to problems in his plans. Stellar is a proud nerd, and has many Capcom figures decorating his workspace, mostly of Street Fighter.

Astro.EXE is Stellar's NetNavi. (She is a mix of Robot Masters AstroMan and GalaxyMan, but taking more from GalaxyMan specifically). Like Stellar, she originally worked at AMAKEN, and is a bit of a fish out of water at SciLab, where she's more specialized towards space rather than more grounded Net Security. She is among the rare breed of Navi that possesses a Vehicle Mode, transforming into an adorable UFO when patrolling the Cyber World. She has some degree of gravity control and can generate black holes to clean clutter (usually within Stellar's desktop of which there is A LOT).

Vespa.EXE is Dr. Lalinde's current NetNavi after she gave her original Navi QuakeWoman to Tempo. Something of the younger sister of QuakeWoman, Vespa was designed based on Lalinde's wide variety of interests and backgrounds, in this case beekeeping when she was much younger. Vespa's mood is a bit of a coin flip where she can be sweet or sour at any given moment, and stings people that get under her skin when in her sour moods. Being programmed after bees, she has a strong attraction to Plant based NetNavis, most of which don't reciprocate her... advances. Vespa functions as a vaccine program, using her affinity for flowers to pollinate and freshen up infected areas of the net. To help with this, she commands several Bee themed Viruses to help with pollination, many of which roost in the hive shaped portion of her body. Vespa also has a massive sweet tooth, but is also very particular on the type of Cyber Candy she wants when shopping in Net City.
