This is the Fatality of the most popular character of Mortal Kombat, Sub-Zero, in this case, I made his Fatality in Mortal Kombat 9.
The victim is his nemesis Scorpion.

If you want, an animation of a Blue's Fatality or just a image ^^.
If you do an animation, he put out his mask and after that he throw blue fire to his opponent. (he have a dragon head under his mask)
