Fluttershy icon, yay! I couldn't find as good of a pose for this one though, feel free to make suggestions.Icon changing mini tutorial:
First of all, save the .png file to your computer.
Then use this: [link] website to convert the .png image into a .ico file. Windows icons use the .ico format, so this step is 100% necessary. When asked for the size check all the boxes.
Once you do that, go to the folder you want to customize and make sure you aren't in library view by right clicking and clicking the "open folder location" option.
If there is not an "open folder location" option, then you are not in library view and can just skip that part.
Right click the folder and go to "properties" and click the "customize" tab. Then click "change icon" and then "browse" and find the location that you saved your .ico file. Select the .ico and hit ok.

turning it into a imo file. i have it saved to a million places but it never shows up.

In the window where you select the .png to convert, you have to change the bottom text box to images instead of icons or else image files won't show up.
If you still can't get it to work just download the .zip pack from my gallery that has the first 12 icons.

ok. i got it to work. but is it suppose to show up on the desktop? cause its not. only when i need to find something from like gimp and what not

It works on the folder that you customize. I think the reason you can't see it is because you probably have a shortcut to it on your desktop instead of the folder itself. You could customize the shortcut icon or put the folder itself on your desktop.

It should just fine with vista, but the steps for setting it might be a little different. Try googling how to change folder icons in vista.

I ran into a small problem. When I click on properties, I can't find the customize tab. D: Can you help me? All I see is General, Sharing, Security and Previous versions.
