I thought i draw a little bit other things than wolves because i suck at drawing them...
I saw an amazing photograph her on DA, and this picture inpirated me to draw:

I drew with Polycromos on black paper because i wanted to test something new
AND WHAT IS.....MY SCANNER RUINED IT -.-
the original looks much better than this.

They are so loyal, when i was little my grandma had one and every night he would circle the house and patrol it then lay down for a while then get back up and do it again...sadly he got heart worms and died like 2 years later...

OK well, when i lived in an old trailer house, i had some neighbors with a German shepherd. Her name was Ilza and they took her in because she had to be retired from the police force because she was so sweet...but she only understood German commands.
They didn't take care of her really at all, when my momma and daddy weren't looking, i fed her a scoop of dog food every now and then..She always wolfed it down like she had never eaten.. I took care of her, she followed me around and i got attached. Well when my daddy got home from Iraq we bought a house and moved out of the trailer house.
I was driving by the trailer one day and i looked for her..but sadly when i looked.. i found her dead..in the pen she was always in..
Before she died my black lab,Theo, got her pregnant...she had 8 puppies before i left, but she was so staving she ate most of them.. But today only one puppy remains..and he's beautiful

it was a good choice to draw it on the black paper. And really great job building the fur with layers - it really gives it more depth and realism. It looks really cool! Keep up the good work
