Description
Here is the form on which you'll draw your character's Majesty Form after purchasing the Herbal Jelly and once your character has their unique item! You'll need to draw 1 fullbody of the design, the unique item which allows them to use the Majesty Form, and write the name of their Majesty Form in the lower box (a full list of Majesty Forms can be found in the Majesty Form Journal).
Once the sheet is filled out, just submit it to the Majesty Form folder in the gallery and you're ready to go!
Submission of a Majesty Form Sheet earns the normal value of the included fullbody.
