UPDATE: Added Caspian, updated Rickon, revamped background.
Until Rickon's herd gets too large for me, I'll be making fullbodies of every band member of his, even companions! Personalities for each below as well and where he first met them!

Personality: Rickon is a natural born leader with a lot of charisma. He is brave and strong, even when he was a foal. He has a strong sense of justice and wants to protect his friends and all those who are unable to protect themselves. He isn't afraid to die for his friends or his beliefs. He is meek, polite, quite calm and smart. However, Rickon can be a little headstrong and do things in his own way. Anger and sadness may also make him impatient and reckless and he needs to be calmed down by his adopted daughter, Sienna. He feels a great responsibility as a leader and blames himself if something happens to his comrades.

Personality: Sienna is very energetic and friendly. She loves having fun and usually has an optimistic outlook on life. She loves to help others and whenever she sees that someone is upset, she does her best to cheer them up. Strangers, in her eyes, are just friends she has not met yet, and she feels bad if she hurts someone's feelings, whether intentionally or not. Sienna has a happy-go-lucky attitude and always tries to put a smile on everyone's faces. Owing to her rather sheltered upbringing, Sienna's optimism and enthusiasm can border on recklessness, to the point of endangering the people around her with her madcap antics. She has rather simplistic views on concepts such as leadership and responsibility, believing that prioritizing fun above all else matters the most.

Personality: Caspian is gentle, yet somewhat cowardly and insecure. He is the most fragile of Rickon's band (excluding Russel). He is sensitive and easy to upset. Despite being mostly compliant, Caspian can become assertive if the need arises, especially when it comes to his friends getting into trouble. He is most notably sensitive when others point out his blindness.
Where he met Rickon: At the foot of Petras Mountains

Personality:LaBarbara is capable of holding grudges and noticeably has a short temper, getting frustrated easily. Although, while stubborn, she is capable of change and that deep down she is a compassionate person who loves the beauty of the world along with nature. She is a truly kind soul who wishes to protect the innocent most of all, hence the "main reason" she even joined Rickon's herd.

Personality: Russel is a young and playful colt with a free spirit. He is always up for adventure, which has led to various occurrences throughout his life. Because he has experienced much in his young life, Russel always has a story to tell, and does not know when to shut his mouth. His stories often mention something questionable, as he was speaking at one point "...my eyes were watering, my tongue was swollen, and from that moment on, I was more careful about what I lick.". Though small and young, he is a lot more clever and smarter than he looks, but he seems to be lacking somewhat in common sense.

Personality: Allen is very coy and soft-spoken, often blushing and hiding himself between his adopted mother's legs (if she's nearby), especially in response to affection. He is also friendly and is never shown to have negative outlook on things. Allen seems to lack the bravery of Russel, he is somewhat quick to fall under pressure.
