the white thin lines around give it a kind of underwater atmosphere (maybe they remind me of jellyfishes or those luminiscent fishes in the deep of the ocean).
Also, there's a ghostly feeling really captivating.

this is awesome, it's such a creative idea, and I love the blue coloring. It makes the picture that much more unique.
I'm also geeked for tangled!! Except less so now that I saw her final sketch. I think they made her lips bigger.... Such an underappreciated fairytale though.
