FINALLY! This was a tough one. It's four in the morning, my wrists are hurting like hell, and my head is about to explode from tiredness, but I'm DONE!!! Huzzah!!! Good thing too, since I have to deliver the drawings tomorrow!

For the newcomers: These are a series of commisions I'm doing for one my friends who's starting a new RPG campaign. I've been at them for about a week now I guess. But now it's done! Done, ya hear me!? DONE! Woohoo!!!!

Good work... maybe next time think about their movements associated to their armours and weapons... so you could draw a more "realistic" party of adventurers. I know it is fantasy... but physics is physics

I've been fighiting in a medieval armour for years and i've developed such a sight for armour and weapons mistakes. If you can imagine to wear the armours you draw in your paintings maybe you can be more accurate in their design... to make it simplier... if you wear a chainmail without any "gambeson" (a sort of shirt filled up with something to prevent damages from the blunt of the weapon) the first time you get a blow on yourself (also a sword blow) your arm-leg-chest will crash like a biscuit

Awwww, thanks so much. Heh, glad you like the finished result...I'm pretty proud of it myself too. The great thing about this assignment was that the guy who "ordered" it from me, had a pretty clear idea of some celebrities the characters were going to carry some characteristics from...helped the process immensely. And costume design...ooooh, I love it.
And the rimlight...heh, I'm using that on most of my character portraits these days...it's a cheap trick, but it adds much to the dimensionality.
And if Artos is single? Actually, yes. But he's got chronic male-equivalent of PMS...

Isn't costume design the best? Its such a riot to build a character from the clothes that they wear - definately a part of the creative process that I'm keen on, and one that you definately rock my penguin socks at. *bounds through your gallery with glee again.*
And Artos has terminal he-man PMS'n aye? Score! I dig the dark brooding type. I'm a rather obstinant little git myself, as it were.
