Something for both ~ManicAmy-Fans and a little treat for the Halloween season
Manic-Amy Rose couple goodness - with a touch of a classic Disney movie - Aladdin! 
I felt this was appropriate, for Manic at least, since his character in SU is rather Aladdin-esque - street rat thief with a good heart (aka: diamond in the rough!). I guess Amy Rose could be like Jasmine in her own way - misunderstood and wanting what they say she can't have. Make sense? 
But anyways! I watched the movie quite a bit through, looking for good reference shots for their costumes, and looking for a good background scene. So I chose Aladdin's little balconey like hidey hole spot, which overlooks the palace. And added in a cheesy warm color scale sunset (like the movie had - although I should have made more red or something
) The palace tops didn't look as close, I'll admit - but hey, it's artistic liscence and my own laziness Fear ;; *pwned*I may have got the costumes done fine, but I wish I just drew the two characters in general better
It's still cute tho - very smitteny lovepuppy 
(you guys know how much I love a good dose of romantic MOOSH 
) And hey look Ma... no rainbow molestation!

Sorta... kinda... ;; *twitch* Is it just me or is Amy's Jasmine costume too green? :confuse: I keep thinking it's supposed to be slightly green-bluer ish. Is that just me? Blargh XD;; Ah well, enjoy the fanart MOOSH >D Onto the next holiday pic

The thing that really gets me about this one is the background! I mean DAMN Blush! That is AWESOME! You really went all out for that with the cracks in the wall and the drapery not to mention the blazing desert sky as the sun sets! Not corner cut on this one
Another nice asspect is Manic and Amy's poses! Manic's is my favorite ^^ it's very casual and I like it!
Those two are so cute together and I support the couple %100 ^^ it's a cute idea! and pink and green look nice together XD *shot*

The sky..you know? It's....BRILLIANT!!! *composes herself* Manic's character certainly matches Aladdin's!! I don't know if it was a good long thought u did or just pure coincidence...but it certainly is an awesome match! I noticed u couldnt put a little cute hat on Manic's oh so bushy hair...cause that wouldn't look right.

As for Manic and Amy XD heehee, I see you didn't try to draw Aladin's pointless little fezz hat thingie..go you XD And Manic looks surprisingly well in that outfit XD Of course the character he's dressed up as is a lot like him so that prolly helps
And, yeah XD Jasmine's dress is a more blueish color, but I thought ya did it green on purpose XD I think it fits Amy's coloring better as that shade of green. So yay for eet

Would you kill me if I said I used to imagine Aladdin/Jasmine as being Sonic/Sally?
The dress doesn't look too green at all. If you hadn't mentioned it being a slightly different shade from Jasmine's then I probably wouldn't have even noticed a difference. ^^ She is very pretty though, the side view shows how Amy's hair is adjusting to your new (Well not really new now ^^) quill style and her eyes look really pretty. The necklace seems to hang around her neck quite well too and the costume does look good on her. ^_^
I have to say it though... YOU DREW MANIC IN PANTS!
And the background is pretty too, especially the broken wall.

I just had to. That line is so funny...
Anyway...now on to comments about the pic...
He is SO perfect for that role...it fit's him (at the risk of being cliche) to a T. And...he is so entirely ADOREABLE in that pic.
Amy's outfit...I think could be a SMIDGE more blue, but then it may be the pink reacting to the color of the outfit that makes it look so green...not sure.
Anyway...nice job.
