Description
I am building a bulk space freighter for Petercat to use in his "The Gentle Wolf" universe. This is just a test assembly. At lower left is the crew cab. At right are propellant tanks and the engineering section. For reference the crew cab is 64 feet in diameter and 120 feet long. The overall length is over a quarter mile - 1500 feet/450 meters. Note this is a bit long for our purposes. Right now I am playing with proportions. I had a nice round lattice that I wanted for the spine. There will be hexagonal cargo modules stacked 2 deep around the spine. Cargo modules - so far - are 32 feet (10 meters) by either 75 ft (25m) or 150 ft (50m) long.
