Burning is a mix of the Heisei and MonsterVerse version being a power up used when Godzilla absorbs excess energy and making his power seemingly limitless. He melts everything around him and does atomic pulses as well as stronger atomic breath, but if put into way more strain in battle he could possibly explode.If not then, he could just become incredibly exhausted from using all that excess energy.
