Bio: A mechanical duplicate of Kong, Mechani-Kong was created by APEX Cybernetics after they were forced to operate underground and away from the eyes of the public and the UN due to the exposure and numerous lawsuits and arrests the company faced after it was revealed they were responsible for the awakening and upgrading of the alien cyborg Gigan who is still a threat to this very day. With the help of (apparently) former MONARCH scientist turned wanted fugitive “Dr. Who”, APEX learned about the rich source of pure Hollow Earth energy which was said to have been fused with other classified material to form G-Energy during the 2030’s. Interested about this energy source and desiring revenge against MONARCH and the UN, APEX CEO and founder Walter Simmons decided to team up with “Dr. Who” to create Mechani-Kong to help mine this energy source and use it to upgrade his company’s technology to finally rid the Earth of Kaiju once and for all.

What stands in their way, however, is Kong himself; the new ruler of Hollow Earth after Skull Island had been destroyed.
