Description The Chronicles of Lexia:
A hero’s path

~Introduction~

Lexia. A land of Gods and magic, heroes and villains.

Its main continent lies in the middle, the largest province the land of Aelosia, with its capital city of Aelos. The city bears the Anemos tower, a great and powerful building left of a great civilization, until invaded and wiped out by the Maganites, a powerful wizard-warrior race with magic corresponding to each individual with water, earth, fire, air, light or darkness. However, the Dark Maganites split from the rest of the race in a disagreement of the use of the extreme magic the Anemos tower possesses, leaving all other elements to reside in the city of Aelos, while the Dark Maganite’s were exiled into the Malignant mountains to the North.

The desert lands of Fulta, just on the south east border of Aelosia.  The Fultese people, who inhabit its mass sandy wastes, ride the mighty boarhemoths, that tower above man and beast. And the Tower of Famine in far south-east part of Fulta, being near impossible to all who dare try and scale it, though drawing man and monster to it with the great power it is said to possess.

The Malignant Mountains, on the north border separating Aelosia from the frozen lands of Tundaria, and with the traitorous Dark Maganites who live there, are indeed treacherous to pass.

Tundaria the frozen lands of the north, with its war loving race the Tundarians who inhabit the few villages built there. Most of it being mere miles and miles of freezing snow, the few villages of the Tundarians, the ice covered castle of the Snow Trolls, always warring with the Tundarians. Though neither dare take step inside the frozen blizzard catacombs, with the many horrible creatures that lie within.

In the North West parts of Lexia, lie the fiery wastelands of Promethia, a vast landscape covered in molten lava, black towers full of monsters so terrible that little  live to tell the tale if so stupid to face them. Amongst all this rubble and destruction, is the Tower of War, leaving a great shadow over the already barely visible land. Unlike its brother in the Fulta desert, with years passed it has been occupied, and now used as a base by the great Dark King Abaddon, conqueror of lands and destroyer of cities.

South West across the lemurian sea is a small continent covered mostly with the magical Cybele forest, said to be protected by the gods and spirits. However, a poison was spread in the South East parts of the forest when the Tower of Pestilence was built by the ancients, causing all of the forest around it to become a thick murky swamp and dangerous jungles. At the same time it was built, the Tower of Death was built in the North East parts of the continent, causing most of the land around it to die, leaving nothing but dead trees and gray, lifeless ground, with no animal or creature living on the land.

In the deep jungles and forest of the main parts of the small Cybele continent is the small town of Pontius, built around a great decorated artifact, believed to be last of the ancients work. Few try to venture to this town, as it is deep in the depths of the mighty forest, proving hardship for all who attempt to reach its beautiful homes.

Aelosia, Cybele, Fulta, Tundaria. Each land holding a thousand tales, legends and myths, each told from parent to child from generation to generation. What follows is but one of those legends…
