Description it vs terrifier

Pennywise the Dancing Clown, also known as IT, is a mysterious, malevolent shapeshifting alien that crash-landed on Earth millions of years ago, where the town of Derry, Maine would come to reside. Ever since then, every 27 years, it will wake up to terrorize the unsuspecting residence of Derry, Maine, transforming into their greatest fears and causing horrific tragedies. For many generations, Pennywise has claimed the lives of countless souls with no issue, until he came across the Losers Club, who through sheer willpower and teamwork, were able to finally slay it.

Pennywise serves as the main villain of both IT (2017) and IT: Chapter Two, played by Bill Skarsgård.
Powers and Stats

Tier: 9-B physically. At least 9-A via Environmental Destruction.

Name: Unknown true name (Outside of the various forms it takes, it is unknown of the true identity of this creature, if it even has one), Pennywise the Dancing Clown (Or just Pennywise for short. Taken from an actual performer), IT (By the Losers Club), The Eater of Worlds (Self-proclaimed).

Origin: IT (2000s Movies).

Gender: Genderless.

Age: Millions of years, varies physically via shapeshifting.

Classification: Evil Otherworldly Shapeshifter.

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Longevity (Has been around for millions of years)
Immortality (Type 2 - Can survive having a pole stabbed through his head. Survived getting stabbed through the chest by poles multiple times. Can survive without a head. Survived being shot in the head by a captive bolt pistol, twice. Can survive as just a head. - Type 3 - See Regeneration for explanation. Type 8 - Pennywise is reliant on the Deadlights, which are capable of creating new versions of Pennywise)
Regeneration (Mid - Regenerated after having a pole pierced through his head. Similarly regenerated after having a bolt gun shot into his head)
Shapeshifting (The main power of Pennywise is its ability to reshape its form into essentially anything it wants, usually to take the form of the fears of its victims. Pennywise can either transform his entire body, or transform individual parts of himself. There seems to be no known limit to Pennywise's shapeshifting capabilities, and it grants him a wide array of utilities).
Size Manipulation (Along with its shape, Pennywise can change its size to drastic proportions at will, both big and small; Turned himself into a Paul Bunyan Statue that is twenty-five feet tall. His spider form towers over the Losers Club. Transformed from a short old lady into a tall naked monster. Turned from a small Pomeranian dog into a freakish mockery of one that rivaled Eddie and Richie in height within a flash. Shapeshifted into Georgie, and later turned back into its clown form, where we see its limbs elongate in action. Grew to a size to where he took up most of Bill's garage)
Biological Manipulation (Its shapeshifting also morphs its biology too. Pennywise can change its sex, being able to change from male to female at will. Pennywise can remove all biology from his form in general, turning into inorganic objects)
Age Manipulation (Can change his physical age, being able to change into small children, middle-aged adults, and senior citizens at will)
Flight (Can transform into birds, where he can then fly. As the Deadlights, it naturally floats around)
Enhanced Senses (Can transform into any kind of animal to gain their senses, such as dogs)
Multilocation (Type 2 - Can appear as multiple entities, such as here, where he was simultaneously a small dog and his spider form. In It: Chapter 2, he was simultaneously carving "home at last" into Ben's stomach while terrorizing Richie, Bill, and Eddie as Stan's severed head. There is also this scene, with a zombie horde that could be him, but this could just be his Necromancy)
Vocal Mimicry (Can mimic the voices of others)
Surface Scaling (When in the form of something that can vertical surfaces, like a spider)
Inorganic Physiology (Type 1; Can transform into living objects, with the best example being a Paul Bunyan Statue)
Bodily Weaponry (Claws, sharp teeth, spider legs, tongue, spikes, tentacles, etc)
Large Size (Up to Type 0; Such as in his Paul Bunyan and spider forms)
Small Size (Down to Type 1; Such as in his Pomeranian form)
Immortality (Type 7 - Can turn into undead beings like mummies)
Additional Limbs (Has been seen growing multiple limbs on a few occasions. His spider form has eight limbs, and his Stanley head form has even more than that)
Self-Sustenance (Type 1 - Can transform into things that don't require air, such as his Paul Bunyan form, which doesn't have any organs at all, and its hag form, who was fine after being underwater for an extended period of time)
Body Control (Stuffed himself inside a refrigerator, contorting and twisting his body in hideously abnormal ways. Can change the colors of his pupils, we can see this clearly in his encounter with Georgie, where his eyes change from blue to orange. Can puke at will. Caused his face to droop while calling out for Richie. Can unhinge his jaw, or open up his face at will. Can rotate his head at a 180 degree turn)
Projectile Vomiting
Elasticity (In his regular Pennywise form, he stretched out his arm to grab Georgie by the leg. In his spider form, he elongated his limbs twice, one to reach out for Richie and Eddie, and the other time to impale Eddie through the chest)
Extrasensory Perception (Can smell and taste fear)
Illusion Creation (Another power Pennywise usually uses is illusions. Pennywise can make his victims see or hear anything he wants with his capability of creating ridiculously realistic illusions, such as the voices of his previous victims, people that are burning alive, music, balloons, body parts, creatures, people, etc. These illusions can be very elaborate as well, as Pennywise was able to make Beverly's old home normal when in actuality it was abandoned and decrepit)
Reality Warping
Creation (Regularly conjures things into reality, just as hordes of balloons, missing posters, tar, a doll replica of Richie filled with maggots, currents of blood, insects like fireflies, rocky spikes, water, entire rooms, etc)
Perception Manipulation (Pennywise can choose who sees it and his illusions; Flooded Beverly's bathroom with blood, so much so that it stains every inch of the room, and yet Beverly's father was completely unable to see it. Created a balloon along with music that only Ben could see, despite this taking place in a silent library filled with other people. The fortune cookie scene is perhaps the best scene of this, where Pennywise was causing all sorts of chaos with his powers, and the Losers Club were the only ones that could see it)
Social Influencing (Pennywise, while in its clown form, was able to charm Georgie and Victoria, luring them in so he can eat them. Convinced Henry to go on a killing spree. Regularly uses psychological and fear tactics against his opponent. Left such a lasting impression on the Losers Club, that he caused Richie to puke and Eddie to crash his car just from the mere mention of It)
Incorporeality (Pennywise's true form is the Deadlights, which are three glowing spheres of pure light)
Mind Manipulation, Morality Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, and Memory Manipulation (Thousands of minds; Pennywise is constantly manipulating the minds of the people of Derry, either so it can easily get away with its heinous actions, or torment his victims; Made it to where the parents of Derry are either aggressive or absurdly neglectful, even when faced with Ben getting ganged up on by Bower's gang. In his personal encounter with Richie in It: Chapter Two, he caused a crowd of people to suddenly stop, stare down Richie, and sway around as Pennywise sing his song. Induced amnesia into the Loser Club members that left Derry, making so they can't remember big moments in their childhoods, and just barely recall the most basic of quotes. "Infected" the Losers Club with some sort of mental "virus" that would have eventually caused the Losers Club to kill themselves. The Deadlights, while funneled through Pennywise, can put others into a catatonic state upon being looked at. This process has been described as "Hypnotizing". Is likely responsible for the many crimes caused by the residence of Derry, such as causing a group of people to assault a gay couple)
Dream Manipulation and Alternate Future Display (Via the Deadlights, Pennywise haunted Beverly with nightmares that show futures of her, and the rest of the Losers Club dying)
Teleportation and BFR (Repeatedly has used this to appear or disappear within a moments notice. Pennywise can also teleport others, like when he transported Stanley away from his friends, and deeper into his lair)
Fear Empowerment (Pennywise feeds on fear, which gives him power, and a lack of fear can decrease his power)
Clairvoyance (Knew the names of all his victims before ever actually meeting them, and seems to know where the Losers Club are at all times)
Biological Manipulation, Organic Manipulation, Blood Manipulation, and Hair Manipulation (Can create beings made of organic matter. Created a copy of Georgie, which he then caused to rapidly decay on the spot to torment Bill. Can create currents of flood that can flood rooms. Attacked Beverly with her own hair, using them like ropes to restrain her)
Body Puppetry (Controlled a copy of Georgie like some sick puppet)
Necromancy (Can raise the dead, bringing them back as zombies. Brought back Patrick as a zombie to deliver his knife to him while in the mental hospital, and it even drove him around from place to place in a car)
Animal Manipulation (Can create animals, such as when he manifested a bat and bird embryo inside the Loser's fortune cookies, or in his Paul Bunyan form where he puked up bats. Created a firefly, which he used to lure in Victoria)
Life Manipulation (Can create living creatures. Seemingly brought a series of clown dolls to life, as implied with their heads following Richie as he passes by)
Heat Manipulation and Adhesive Manipulation (A couple times throughout the movies, Pennywise created streams of hot tar)
Light Manipulation (Pennywise can project the Deadlights through either his mouth or eyes)
Status Effect Inducement and Paralysis Inducement (The Deadlights, upon visual contact, will cause the viewer to go into a catatonic state, leaving them in a paralyzed trance)
Smoke Manipulation (The Deadlights can create smoke)
Air Manipulation (After creating a giant balloon, he filled it with an immense amount of air until it popped)
Transmutation (Somewhat passive. The Deadlights, as they passed by the walls of the cave, turned them into flesh with teeth sticking out)
Deconstruction (Can cause things to rapidly wither away, including people)
Immersion (Appeared inside of, and popped out of a projector. Appeared inside a TV to convince Henry to go on a killing spree. Appeared inside a street painting to spy on the Losers Club. Went inside a painting, and later climbed out of it, in order to frighten Stanley)
Technology Manipulation (Passive. Pennywise's presence seems to mess with technology, as lights begin to flicker while he is nearby. Pennywise can also turn on technology at will, such as when he turned the lights in Georgie's room on. Made a projector go through slides by itself)
Spatial Manipulation (In IT, it not only stretched out a room, but created two more doorways that lead to different rooms, ignoring the layout of the house that would make this impossible. Recreated Bill's childhood basement, the Loser Club's clubhouse, and a school bathroom stall in order to torment Beverly, Bill, and Ben)
Gravity Manipulation (Passive. Regularly causes things to literally float; His blood it regularly seen floating by itself. Made it to where corpses and garbage float around in his lair in circles. Victims exposed to the Deadlights also float off of the ground. Indirectly caused several rocks to break apart upon his death with this ability)
Telekinesis (Pennywise can control things with his mind; In this one scene alone, Pennywise uses this ability to great effect, controlling several things at once. Telekinetically closing doors, moving curtains, opening a coffin lid, and causing the floor to collapse all without touching them. In It: Chapter Two, it flung both Ben and Beverly into two different rooms. Seemingly broke a lock without touching it)
Invisibility and Intangibility (In It: Chapter Two, there is a scene where Pennywise turns invisible, becoming only viewable through mirrors, and carves "Home at last" into Ben's stomach before almost slitting his throat with a knife. Mike and Beverly were unable to physically touch Pennywise in this state either)
Earth Manipulation (Upon crash-landing on Earth, Pennywise created projected several rock spikes from the ground. In the alternate version of the clubhouse, he flooded it with dirt in an attempt to bury Ben alive)
Probability Manipulation (After the end of his feeding cycle, a big disaster always happen that ends up killing a lot of people, such as the Ironworks explosion. Every bad thing that happens in Derry is directly because of one thing, that "thing" being Pennywise)
Text Manipulation (Changed the text on some fortunate cookies to form "Guess Stanley could not cut it". Replaced the content of several pages in a book to the same picture, with each page slowly zooming in to clearly show the decapitated head of a child)
Thread Manipulation
Avatar Creation (The Pennywise we all know is a mere avatar that is created and controlled by the Deadlights)
Attack Potency: Wall level physically (It regularly and easily mutilates humans; Tore off Georgie's arm, and later on tore off another kids arm. Presumably has decapitated several people, with heads just lying around his lair, which would require 1,090 to 3,585 Joules. Was able to easily slash through Ben's stomach. Presumably also has torn off the jaws of several people, considering the amount of jawless decapitated heads in its lair. Bisected Betty. Dismembered Adrian off-screen. Pennywise, through repeated headbutts, was able to smash through some thick glass in order to get a child. In the form of a Paul Bunyan statue, It was able to easily pierce through concrete, create large gashes in the ground, and destroyed a gazebo in one swing. Pennywise's spider form should be this level from sheer size alone, but in this form it was able to easily pierce Eddie through the chest, and smash apart rocks). At least Small Building level via Environmental Destruction (Upon death, Pennywise caused its lair to collapse. Not only destroying the Neibolt house, but the cavern and sewers below it). A number of Pennywise's abilities bypass conventional durability.

Speed: At least Peak Human physically (Was able to rush and attack Patrick before he can properly defend himself, killing him. Similarly blitzed Victoria. At the end of It: Chapter Two, Pennywise used the Deadlights on Richie before he can react in time, despite Richie looking directly at him). Speed of Light attack speed via Deadlights (The Deadlights, It's true form, are actual lights, and their effects come through the beams they emit).

Lifting Strength: Class 25 (Pennywise can rip humans apart, including the head, arms, and jaws)

Striking Strength: Wall level.

Durability: Wall level (Was able to endure a merciless beating from the Losers Club. Survived crash-landing on Earth. Should scale to AP). Regeneration and Immortality makes Pennywise a lot harder to kill.

Stamina: Superhuman (In between its hibernation periods, Pennywise is active for an entire year, which he spends the entirety of stalking, eating, killing, and scheming restlessly. In IT, Pennywise was able to continue operating as usual after having a pole stabbed through his head. Completely unhindered by setting its own head on fire, even when it burnt down to nearly the skull. Shrugged off being shot in the face by a captive bolt pistol, twice. Showed no signs of pain while repeatedly slamming its face against some thick glass until it broke. Continued fighting after having a pole stabbed through his chest)

Range: Varies from Below Standard Melee Range to Several Meters physically via shapeshifting. Hundreds of Kilometers with powers (Pennywise's influence spread all across Derry, Maine[N 1])

Intelligence: At least Above Average, likely Gifted (Pennywise is an ancient creature that has been around for millions of years, and has spent that time haunting the residence of Derry, Maine between its periods of dormancy. Thanks to this, Pennywise excels in mind games and uses its abilities to great extent in order to establish fear within its next meal, regularly utilizing their fears, traumas they may have had in the past, loved ones, and/or other vulnerabilities they have. Pennywise regularly orchestrates all of Derry to its benefit, so it can easily get away with its murders, and that its actions don't reach the wider public. Pennywise is also a master in stealth, with it avoiding the authorities of Derry for many years as it commits mass murder)

Weaknesses:

Arrogance.
Pennywise, given its many years of manipulating humans, thinks very highly of itself and underestimates humans, which was what lead to its downfall.
This extends to the point where it gives itself titles like the "Eater of Worlds".
The Ritual of Chüd.
The Ritual of Chüd is a battle of wills and belief, a tribal ritual that can be used to kill or Pennywise.
It requires a group of up to seven people, but it can still work with a lesser amount of people like six.
It requires the castors to truly believe that Pennywise can be killed, which might be difficult to do if they saw its regenerative capabilities beforehand.
It requires each person to sacrifice/destroy a "token", which is any item that relates to their childhood, usually something that ties into their trauma or anxiety. Each person present must also get over the fear/anxiety that said token represents.
Also requires all present to repeatedly say a chant, "Turn light to dark", while holding hands in a circle surrounding the vessel used to contain Pennywise.
It also needs to be performed in Pennywise's lair, where he has a significant advantage.
If so much as one of these rules are broken, the ritual will not work.
Strong Belief.
Pennywise is a monster that thrives in situations where one questions what is real and fake, so genuine belief is very effective against it.
Simply believing that it isn't real is enough to temporarily negate its powers and cause it to go away, allowing for a safe escape.
Strong enough belief, along with some courage, in general makes Pennywise more vulnerable. A good example of this would be Eddie's encounter with Pennywise in the pharmacy, where Eddie almost choked Pennywise to death because of this. Another example is in the climax, where Eddie was able to harm Pennywise at his peak with a sharp pole by believing it will harm him.
At the end of It: Chapter Two, its own belief was used against it. By relentlessly insulting the clown, the Losers Club were able to make it feel small, thus greatly weakening it to a point they can easily rip him apart, negating his immortality and pain tolerance.
This is most likely a result of The Ritual of Chüd[N 2], as beforehand, this approach did absolutely nothing.
Collective Bravery.
Courage, especially courage shared among several people, can overcome Pennywise.
This doesn't actually prevent Pennywise from attacking, and Pennywise has been known to use the Deadlights when faced with a fearless foe.
Hibernation.
Pennywise has a hibernation cycle that lasts for 27 years, and during this time, it is vulnerable.
Love.
Love from another person, such as in the form of a kiss, can break those under the effects of the Deadlights free.
Fear.
Pennywise rarely goes immediately for the kill, because he wants to inspire fear within his victims first.
This is because fear makes the flesh of his victims taste better to him, akin to putting salt on meat.
Pennywise isn't required to scare people in order to kill them, as there have been moments where he killed and devoured people that weren't afraid of him, like Victoria.
Explanations

While Derry isn't a real town, we can use the actual town that was used in the movie, Port Hope, Ontario, with an area of 278.87 km.
It can be considered that Eddie was actually Richie's token the whole time. Richie throughout both films is insecure about his homosexuality (With there being many moments where he hides his sexuality and lies about it), and has a secret crush on Eddie. In the final battle between the Losers and Pennywise, It kills Eddie. Afterwards, Richie truly realizes how much he loved him and is willing to show it without regret, and only after this point in the battle, the Losers were able to insult Pennywise to death

Powers and Stats

Tier: 9-C

Name: Art the Clown, The Miles County Clown

Origin: Terrifier

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown

Classification: Supernatural Serial Killer, Clown

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Strength and Durability
Stealth Mastery (Art the Clown is adept in stealth to a borderline supernatural extent. Possessing such stealth intuition to the degree that he makes little to no noise while in action, can go completely undetected in public areas, and sneak up on victims with ghostly silence until it is too late, sometimes even giving off the illusion of teleporting. Savagely murdered Steve without alerting Ramone, decapitating him and carving his head like a jack-o-lantern with a meat cleaver[1]. Art the Clown is easily able to evade capture from the police, with him going undetected by several passing police cars while standing in the middle of an alleyway[2], and similarly went entirely unnoticed by passing officers while sneaking up on Dawn[1]. Was able to easily sneak up on Tara, sneaking up from behind despite Tara watching him move away from her moments beforehand[1]. Was able to follow Tara up a flight of stairs without making any noise in quick succession[1], and similarly snuck up on Mike while on alert, making zero sound while climbing up stairs to catch him[1]. Scalped and skinned the cat lady alive without alerting anyone in the building, and then used her severed scalp to trick Victoria, making her think he was an injured victim[1]. Creeped up on Will, snuck up on him so efficiently that it seemed like he just suddenly appeared behind him[1]. Art managed to sneak up on Victoria, despite the area being dead silent and Victoria being on high alert after seeing several dead bodies[1]. Somehow went completely undetected in a public laundromat while covered in blood and naked[2]. Slipped inside a public school undetected[2]. Loudly broke into Allie's house, and mutilated her, without alerting any nearby neighbors, same thing with Allie's mother[2]. Snuck into Barbara's house and vandalized her car, covering it in shaving cream, toilet paper, and smashing a pumpkin on its hood, while making minimal sound[2]. Ambushed Jeff with a knife from the front, completely evading his vision somehow before stabbing him in the genitals[2]. Went completely unnoticed by Sienna while standing right in front of her[2]. All of this, despite being a large man wearing a black and white clown costume that is usually covered in blood)
Overwhelmingly Frightful Presence (Art the Clown's presence and reputation is one that inspires fear. Terrified a man so much that he was reduced to a mumbling mess shortly after encountering him[2], despite being completely desensitized due to being a coroner for twenty two years, experiencing such horrific things such as an eight month year old baby microwaved to death[1]. Completely traumatized Victoria, and even drove her insane[1] to the point she loved him[2]. Ever since the events of Terrifier, Art the Clown has garnered so much of a reputation that he has inspired people to dress like him[2]. Jonathan bringing him up at the dinner table was enough to make Sienna have a nightmare featuring him[2])
Weapon Mastery (Art the Clown across his films has explicitly shown the ability to use weapons, both conventional and improvised, as effective murder tools to mutilate people)
Demonic Protection (Is protected by a sinister entity that takes on the form of a little girl with the same clown get-up as Art. If Art the Clown dies, this mysterious entity will bring him back from the dead[3], one way or another)
Immortality (Type 2 - Survived after[1] shooting himself in the head[1], remained alive after being stabbed in the head with a pole[2], and even continued to live as a severed head[2]. Type 3 - See Regeneration for explanation. Type 8 - Is governed by a sinister entity that will resurrect him if he dies[3])
Regeneration (Mid - Recovered after shooting himself through the head, albeit after an unknown amount of time)
Fire Manipulation (In Terrifier 2, Art while in Sienna's dream, caused a candle to suddenly burst into abnormally large flames[2])
Sleep Manipulation via sedatives
Acid Manipulation via Fluoroantimonic Acid
Resurrection
Technology Manipulation (The sinister entity has shown to mess with technology. In Terrifier, while resurrecting Art the Clown, it caused the lights to rapidly flicker and started to make the phone and radio malfunction[1]. In Terrifier 2, upon appearing to Art the Clown, it shut off a washing machine[2]. Turned on a television despite having a broken electrical cord[2])
Invisibility (Is naturally only visible to Art the Clown[2], however, the pale girl can make itself visible[2] to other people if it chooses to[2])
Shapeshifting (Turned into Barbara to emotionally mess with Sienna[2])
Vocal Mimicry (Did a perfect imitation of John's voice to lure Sienna to Art the Clown's lair[2])
Retrocognition (Gave Sienna a vision of Art the Clown murdering her mother[2])
Regeneration (High-Low - Regenerated from mutilating her own face, including missing eyeballs[2])
Reality Warping (Brought Sienna's nightmare into reality, creating a complete copy of it within the confines of Art the Clown's lair[2])
Necromancy (While recreating Sienna's nightmare, it also brought the people Art the Clown killed in the dream back to life)
Spatial Manipulation
Glowing Eyes
Biological Manipulation (Made Victoria give birth to Art the Clown's severed head[2])
Attack Potency: Street level (Sawed a woman almost in half vertically[1]. Crushed a man's skull in three stomps[1]. Effortlessly overpowered a man with one hand[1], shortly after being shot in the head[1]. Cracked open a man's skull with a tiny hammer before tearing it open with his bare hands[2]. Stabbed a broken piece of a mop into a man's head[2]. Broke and tore off a woman's arm by the elbow before tearing the other arm in half horizontally[2], which would at least be worth 375 Joules. Easily fragmented a car window[2]. Tore open a woman's ribcage[2]. Knocked a door off its hinges by smashing Sienna Shaw into it[2], which would at minimum require 450.4 Joules)

Speed: Athletic Human physically (Traveled in quick succession across a room to chase Allie[2]. Is capable of attacking humans before they can react, such as here, where he began to choke a man before he can properly defend himself, even though they were looking straight at Art[1]. There are many other instances where Art attacks people before they can react, but those can be explained away with his stealth). Subsonic+ to Supersonic attack speed with guns (Has access to a[1] M1911 and a[2] sawn-off shotgun)

Lifting Strength: At least Peak Human (Frequently[1] overpowers[2] humans[2] easily[2]. Can toss and[2] drag around[2] humans like it is nothing[2]. Shoved a piece of a mop into a guy's head[2]. Usually carries a garbage bag full of weapons)

Striking Strength: Street level

Durability: Street level (Shown very little damage from being shot by a sawn-off shotgun[2]). His Immortality and Regeneration make him harder to kill.

Stamina: Superhuman (Art the Clown, shortly after shooting himself in the head, through the brain, and seemingly dying[1], got up and continued his killing spree, effortlessly overpowering a poor man before[1] beating him to death and tearing his head open[2]. Continued chasing Sienna and her brother after taking several hits from his own makeshift weapon, one of said hits stabbing into his head, embedded into his skull[2]. Further pursued them after being slashed up by blades on a cat o' nine tails, having a pole shoved down into his head, and being shot with a shotgun at close range[2]. Art the Clown was even able to survive as a severed head[2])

Range: Standard Melee Range physically, Extended Melee Range with melee weapons, Tens of Meters with guns.

Standard Equipment:

Standard: Garbage bag (A bag Art uses to carry his personal belongings. Mainly uses it to carry all his murder weapons. His lots and lots of murder weapons[1] that range from scalpels to guns), Sedatives
Optional: Fluoroantimonic Acid
Intelligence: Average (Art the Clown, despite never once speaking throughout his movies, has proven to have some level of intellect. Mainly in his capability of stealth and creativity, which is uses to great effect in his evil, murderous ways. Is able to recognize and understand human languages like English[1]. Art the Clown can create his own weapons[2], and specializes in melee weaponry, but is capable of using firearms)

Standard Tactics: Art the Clown is an excessively violent, cruel, sadistic and aggressive being with zero pity or mercy for others, no regard to any forms of life, even his own. This enables Art to be extremely brutal, mutilating his opponents in insanely graphic ways while silently laughing like the maniac that he is. Art the Clown is capable of using guns, and is willing to use them for kicks or if his opponent gets the upper hand on him, but he prefers melee weapons, usually sharp ones like knives, scalpels, cleavers, etc. When approaching a potential victim, Art utilizes the element of surprise and his natural talent in stealth, creeping up on his target with ghostly silence before cementing their fates in a brutal killing akin to a Mortal Kombat fatality. Art the Clown seems to enjoy attacking the head area, whether that be stabbing the face of a person until their skull caves in, or slowly saw their heads off with a meat saw. Art going for the head is a very common trend with his kills across all his films. Art the Clown is also not above torturing people, or deliberately making their deaths slow and painful, as the act of murder is essentially just a game to him, reveling in their mortal suffering.

Weaknesses: Art the Clown is mentally ill and is very clearly sadistic, usually taking pleasure from causing agony to his victim rather than killing them outright. However, once enraged, he goes for the kill immediately.
