Description (space jam) vs scooby-doo
Bugs Bunny is an animated cartoon character, the iconic mascot of Warner Brothers and the primary protagonist throughout much of the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of animated short films.

He is an anthropomorphic gray and white rabbit who is famous for his flippant, nonchalant personality. He is also characterized by a Brooklyn accent, his portrayal as a trickster, and his catchphrase.
Powers and Stats

Tier: High 3-A, Low 1-C with Dimensional Manipulation

Name: Bugs Bunny, The Principal (Tiny Toon Adventures), Harvey (Alias), Super Rabbit, Harpy Rabbit (Original Name)

Origin: Looney Tunes

Gender: Male

Age: 80 (as of Looney Tunes Cartoons (2020))

Classification: "Wabbit", Toon, Teacher and Principal of Acme Looniversity, Actor at Warner Bros.

Powers and Abilities: Toon Physiology (High-Tier), Genius Intelligence, Weapon Mastery, Illusion Creation and enhanced Perception Manipulation (He is able to make Elmer see spots, and is able to do the same to the audience, causing their vision to completely fade to black), additional BFR (He was able to trap an enemy in a box and ship them off to another country. He trapped several alien duplicates in a bag and used a firework to send them off into space), Fissionism (He was able to split himself up into multiple, just as strong, yet smaller versions of himself), Magic (Learned magic from a book in a single night, which he is shown to be consistent in doing), Sand Manipulation (With Acme Quicksand), Magnetism Manipulation (With magnets), Causality Manipulation (Granted and undid a wish that altered history), additional Sealing (He was able to seal Yosemite Sam in a bubble of bubblegum, which he could not break out of), additional Size Manipulation (With Liquid Alum), Preparation (Capable of preparing traps for his enemies), Adhesive Manipulation (With ACME Glue, which Wile E. Coyote could not break out of), Attack Reflection (He is shown to be able to reflect blasts with mirrors), Resistance to Time Stop (When his cartoon's flow of time completely stopped due to a computer error, he was still able to move freely), Regeneration Negation (High-Godly; Bugs only took normal damage from a weapon Marvin was using that negated the regeneration of toons like Daffy)

Attack Potency: High Universe level (He is Daffy Duck's rival, who was capable of taking hits from Buster Bunny who can damage Hamton, who could survive the film's destruction, which contains their universe. He is portrayed as being superior to Buster in general as his mentor), Low Complex Multiverse level with Dimensional Manipulation (Bugs can cross over from his cartoon's world to a higher plane of existence where he can become the Animator, the very same where Yakko's resides)

Speed: Immeasurable (He is able to react to and counter Elmer Fudd's movements when he was the animator)

Lifting Strength: Infinite (Superior to Buster Bunny, who is able to struggle against Plucky Duck, who held and spread over the universe to replace the old one), Immeasurable with Dimensional Manipulation (Even while inside his 3-D plane, he was able to grab and break Elmer's paintbrush, a 5-D construct which should be comparable to The Animator's stylus, which could drag the entire cartoon's reality. He should be able to do just the same when inside the 5-D plane)

Striking Strength: High Universe level, Low Complex Multiverse level with Dimensional Manipulation

Durability: High Universe level (He is capable of taking hits from Daffy, who could fight Buster Bunny), Low Complex Multiverse level with Dimensional Manipulation, Toon Physiology makes him difficult to kill.

Stamina: Superhuman (As a toon, he is capable of taking an extreme amount of punishment including losing body parts, being flattened, set on fire, blown up, reduced to a puddle or ashes, die, be erased, and endure a good amount of gunfire and still come out alright and ready to shake it off. He is capable of building an entire city in seconds without breaking a sweat. In the Wabbit episode "Bugs Bunny?" he stayed up for an entire night and showed no signs of fatigue. As a toon, his body is not capable of aging or wearing down thanks to his immortal nature)

Range: Standard Melee Range. up to Low Complex Multiversal with Cartoon Physics

Standard Equipment: Virtually anything imaginable via Hammerspace

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (Bugs is the prime example of what a toon should be, mastering the use of Toon Physics that require a full education from Acme Looniversity to truly master to the point that they are ready to star in cartoons. Bugs Bunny is not only above most toons in this regard, he is a professor and even the principal of Acme Looniversity itself. He has outsmarted the likes of Yosemite Sam, Elmer Fudd, and Marvin the Martian on a frequent basis. In Looney Tunes: Back In Action, he also concocted a plan to trick Daffy into starring in a movie without him being even aware and convincingly acting as if the movie was real the entire time. His acting is enough to completely fool people with even shoddy disguises that don't even try to hide that he is a bunny and as a toon, he should be able to learn virtually anything just by reading a book once. He is also capable of learning new skills on the spot just by watching someone do it once, as he did with Elmer's hypnosis skill)

Weaknesses: Doesn't take fights too seriously unless he is fighting someone on an Animator's level

Scooby Doo is known for being Shaggy's pet, and one of his best friends. Not much is known about this Scooby, other than he is a God of Destruction of Gohan's universe, and that he is rewarded with Scooby Snacks from Shaggy for saving him.

History

Born in quaint town of Dooville, Scooby-Doo was just your average Great Dane, who then left to travel the country and lived a homeless lifestyle until he was found and adopted by his best friend Norville Rogers, better known to his friends as Shaggy. And those friends being the brainy Velma Dinkley, the ditzy Daphne Blake, and the headstrong Fred Jones. Together, they formed the amateur detective group, Mystery Incorporated, who drive around in the Mystery Machine and solve the many mysteries surrounding supposed supernatural monsters terrorizing the local populace, from their hometown of Coolsville and places far beyond. Despite being paranormal detectives, both Scooby and Shaggy are rather cowardly, and are unfortunately always the ones sent by the rest of the gang to go after the villains. However, if there is one thing that is bigger than Scooby's cowardice, it is his appetite. Be it ghosts, zombies, mummies, or any other creature he is sent after, there is one request ol' Scoob will never say no to: "Would you do it for a Scooby Snack?"
